Terms and Conditions

At Foundation Tutoring Center, we strive to maintain a professional and respectful environment for both our students and instructors. To ensure smooth operations and mutual accountability, we ask all clients to review and adhere to the following policies:

1. Payment Policy

Monthly tuition is due no later than the 10th of each month. Timely payments allow us to reserve your student’s place and maintain consistent scheduling. Invoices are typically sent out at the beginning of the month and may be paid via cash, check, or electronic payment as specified by our office.

2. Late Fees

A 15% late fee will be added to any invoice not paid by the due date. Continued late payments may result in the suspension of tutoring sessions until the account is brought current. We encourage parents and guardians to notify us if they anticipate any issues with payment so we can work together to find a solution.

3. Cancellation and Missed Sessions

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all session cancellations. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the slot to other students. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, or no-shows, may be charged at the full session rate. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergencies, at our discretion.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Foundation Tutoring Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, disruptive behavior, non-compliance with our policies, inappropriate conduct, or failure to meet financial obligations. Our goal is to foster a positive, productive atmosphere for every student.
